SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES |

1) |
Shipping and Delivery Time |
|

Generally, based on our ground shipping, if you placed an order for an item with 24 hour availability, your total delivery time will be 1 to 2 days of processing time plus 3 to 7 days of transportation time (depending on your place of destination). In other words, on average, you can expect your purchase to be delivered within 5 to 10 business days after placing your order. As soon as a shipment has been made, tracking numbers will be sent to you by e-mail. Of course, next day shipping and second day shipping are also available, in order to meet your needs. |

Partial Shipments |
|
|
We make every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. If, for any reason, we cannot ship one or more items, we will cancel your entire order and credit your account accordingly. However, we will show you parts availability through the order history screen in order for you to place another order for the available parts only. |

3) |
Merchandise Damaged in Delivery |
|
|
We recommend that you inspect your merchandise before you accept and sign for it. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, but it does happen occasionally. |

|
If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, |
|
|
1. |
Please keep the original shipping carton and do not discard or destroy it; |
|
2. |
Immediately contact your shipper's local office for a damage inspection report; |
|
3. |
Request that your shipper return the merchandise to the address listed on the package in the original shipping carton. Please do not return the merchandise yourself; as that could delay your reorder credit; and |
|
4. |
Within 48 hours of receiving the item, contact our Customer Service Department with the damage call tag number issued to you by your shipper and we'll help you reorder the item or get a credit. |

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee |
|
|
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from
www.daewooUS.com for any reason, you may, so long as the product has not been installed or damaged by you, return it within 30 days of shipment for a refund. Non-defective product returns that are returned for credit or refund will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if your return results from an erroneous shipment by us. All returns are also subject to our inspection of the actual, returned merchandise prior to refund. We have simplified the return process into three (3) quick steps. |

Step 1: |
Log on to www.daewooUS.com and go to Customer Service and click on to Return Request button. Once you select the order you want to return, complete your Return Request. Upon completion of your Return Request, go to 'Order History' at the top of the screen, select RMA No. user created, then click Parts Return Authorization Form. Please print the Return Authorization Form and follow the instructions as indicated. |

Step 2: |
Re-pack the merchandise for return and include the hard copy of completed Return Authorization Form. All merchandise must be returned in its original manufacturer's box, with all original packing materials. We also require you to include all components, manuals, and accessories, as you received them from us. |

Step 3: |
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for shipping if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us or is due to a damaged or defective product. We require you to pay for shipping when the return is for other reasons. |

b. Refunds |

After we receive the returned merchandise and our inspection of the merchandise validates the reason for return, we will make the requested refund on the same credit card you used to make your purchase. Please note that credit on your card might not appear for up to 45 days, depending upon internal policies of your credit card issuer. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail or by telephone toll free at (877)463-2396(option 6). The refund amount will be the amount you paid for the merchandise plus tax. If your return results from an incorrect shipment by us or is due to damage or defect in the merchandise, we will add shipping charges for delivery and return. Note that we pay for ground service only on return shipments unless authorized by our Customer Service Department. |

Cancellations of Your Order |

Once your purchase has been confirmed, cancellation of your order is possible before the order is processed. To request a cancellation of order, please go to the "Customer Service" screen on
www.daewooUS.com and click on "Cancel Order" and follow the simple instructions. Please attempt to cancel as early as possible, because your window of opportunity can sometimes be very short. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been canceled. Items sold as a set may be canceled only as a complete set. Once you miss this opportunity to cancel your confirmed purchase, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Your option then is to return your purchase by following the product return procedures specified in section 4) a. above. |
